Smooshing is a decorative painting technique used to create a soft, light dry brush finish. When using the smooshing brush (sometimes known as a blending brush), make sure the brush is dry and apply a very small amountof paint. Lightly touch the surface you’re ‘smooshing’ and then blend out the harsh edges with a clean brush.
